Observation

Staff members CL, LL, and JT did not complete the training requirements of subsections (4) through (8) of subsection of WAC 110-300-0106 (1) within three months of hire. Staff members LL and JT have not completed school age child care basics within three months of hire. Staff members CL, LL and JT have not completed recognizing and reporting suspected child abuse, neglect, exploitation training as approved by the department. Staff members CL, LL and JT have not completed emergency preparedness training as approved by the department. Staff members CL, LL, and JT have not completed the serving children experiencing homelessness training as approved by the department. Staff members CL, LL, and JT have not completed medication management as approved by the department. There was no verification of current CPR/First aid training for staff member MM at the time of the visit.
